When we create an account on LinkedIn it asks us to complete their professional profile that includes skills, education and professional experience. After filling full profile, take a look on your profile. Don't you think it is your resume? Yes it is. And you can also export it in PDF format.
Follow these steps to export your LinkedIn profile as your professional resume.
- Login in your LinkedIn Account and go your profile page.
- Take a look at your profile and check whether it is complete or not. Be sure to fill all sections with correct data. Never miss any thing.
- After completing your profile, click on the down arrow just right side of Edit profile button.
- Here, select Export to PDF. LinkedIn will create a PDF file of your LinkedIn profile and download it on your system.
Check the PDF file and see your resume. It will be a simple text PDF with basic formatting. If you are not satisfied with this resume, you can try LinkedIn's advance resume builder tool. It gives you full control over your resume. You can select which data to display on resume and how.
