The process is simple. You just need to edit the post or page where you want to change the author. Now in post screen page, click on Screen Options menu at the top right corner of the screen.
It will open a flydown menu on the screen with different options and checkboxes. Here, select check the box next to ‘Author’ option.
After selecting this check box, you need to scroll down the page to look for Author box. After selecting this check box, you need to scroll down the page to look for Author box. In this Author box, you will see the drop-down with the list of authors to select one. You can select the author name and update the post.
Now the author of this post will be updated to the selected from the drop-down.
