Download Photos and Videos of an Instagram User With Instagram Saver
If you follow your favorite celebrity on Instagram, you surely want to download most of their photos to your system for offline access. There may be many other reasons to have download feature for Instagram. In past, we have posted about Instagram downloader and Instaport app which let you download Instagram photos. We have also posted how you can Transfer Instagram photos to Flicker. In this post, we adding another cool software “InstagramSaver” for downloading Instagram photos in Windows System.
This program is easy to use and works fast. You only need to enter the username of the Instagram user to get start the photo download.This program is easy to use and works fast. Look and feel of the software is not good. So, you may face the problem of finding the text field. I have added the mark to the snapshot. If you want to change the output directory, you can change the download location.
By default, it will only download photos. If you also want to download videos, you need to enable it from settings. Click on settings and then select “Download videos too” option. You can also change the parallel download count to increase the threads to make the work faster. In case you do not like the theme, you can change it to Light in the settings window.
The most notable feature of the tool is that it can recognize the media files downloaded in the previous sessions. So, it will always download the files which are yet to be downloaded.

It also generates a log file to see the download errors.
The only thing I miss is the ability to select media to download. It downloads all the photos of the selected Instagram account. If there are lots of images, it takes a long time to download all images. In case your download interrupts, you can always resume it from where it stopped.
It is also a nice software and available for free. A portable version of the software is also available.
