A few months back, Instagram added a new feature to hide a photo and make it public again later. Here are the ways how to do that.

• Open the Instagram app and go to the photo you want to hide.
• Tap on three dots above the photo and you will see a small popup menu.
• Here, select Archive” at the top of the list.

Now the photo will be archived and it will no longer be available on your profile. The photos you sent to the archive will be accessible to you only. You can always go back and make it public. For this, you need to follow the same steps and select “Show on Profile” at last step.
