Check Login Activity on Instagram for web
If you are using Instagram on a web browser, follow these steps to check login activity.
First, tap the profile icon at the top right corner and then select Settings.
Now check the left sidebar and click on Login Activity.
This section will show you Login activities with activity location on Map.
If you find an unauthorized login, tap the down arrow icon in front of that activity. It will show you the activity location on the Maps.
Now click Log out to sign out from the selected login activity.
Even if you have ended that unauthorized login session, it is recommended to change the password. Changing password also forces all devices to log in again. After enabling two-factor authentication, Instagram will send an OTP on your phone every time you or someone else tries to login into the account.
