Just download and install the theme. Nothing is complicated in this. But to use the theme, you will have to create a separate sub-domain for the knowledgebase in your website. You cannot use it in your main website. So, create a subdomain and install it. Then link it with main website.

2. Use WordPress plugin

If you do not want to create a separate subdomain for the knowledge base section, you can use the plugin way. There are various plugins available. We recommend Knowledge Base WordPress plugin or UserPress Plugin for this.

Just install the plugin and you are done. These plugins will add their custom post types with categories and tags. So, you can easily manage the content of the knowledge base.

Good thing is that you can easily add this in your main website. Content will match the design of your existing website. So, it will reduce the extra overhead.
