This tool can do lot more tasks and help a lot in maintaining Windows.Go to “Advanced tools” and in “Disk Space” section, select “Remove Empty Folders”. Then it will ask you to select the drive in which you want to search for empty folders.

Select drive and click on Scan Now button. In few seconds, it will give you the list of empty folders in a new Window. You can either select folders manually or select all folders. Once you selected the folders, you can click on the “Delete Checked Folders” button at top tool bar.

It does not delete folders permanently. So, all deleted folders can be found in Recycle bin. You can restore folders or delete permanently from Recycle bin.
