How Do You Schedule WordPress Posts?
Scheduling a post in WordPress is really easy. Just login into your WordPress blog and create a new post. When you are done with the post, do not click on publish button. Above the publish button, find the text “Publish immediately” and click on the Edit link in front of this.
After clicking this link, you will see a new date time picker. Here, select the date time to schedule the post. When you select the date and click on Ok Button. Schedule post will be changed to “Schedule”.
Click on Schedule button to schedule the post. And your post will be published at the scheduled time.
By using the above steps, you can schedule a post in WordPress. There might be several reasons to use this feature.
It is worth to note that WordPress users military time (24-hour clock). It also uses the default time zone. So, do not forget the change it to your timezone. I can be found in Settings -> General. Select the time zone of your country.
